Standard Software Maintenance and Support (BNGSUP)

This Standard Software Maintenance and Support includes the following:

  • Covers up to 2 BalanceNG licenses in a dual node HA configuration.
  • Security and maintenance updates included.
  • Relicensing included.
  • Best effort email support.

High Priority Software Mainenance and Support (BNGHPS)

This High Priority Software Maintenance and Support includes the following:

  • Covers up to 2 BalanceNG licenses in a dual node HA configuration.
  • Security and maintenance updates included.
  • Relicensing included.
  • High priority email and phone support.
  • Reaction time 24 hours.
  • Remote access support and diagnosis (SSH login).
  • Emergency bugfixing and workaround software builds.
