We are offering the following support levels for BalanceNG:

Free Trial and initial setup support

If you are setting up BalanceNG and you have questions e.g. about your configuration just contact us at: support@inlab.de.

Free initial setup support

Together with your full license you get a free initial setup support. In case of initial problems or questions please contact this BalanceNG support email address: support@inlab.de.

Standard Software Support (BNGSUP)

A "one year" package with standard best effort email support for up to 2 BalanceNG licenses is available too. Software upgrades included. Click here for pricing details.

High Priority Software Support (BNGHPS)

We also offer High Priority Software Maintenance and Support on a yearly rate, which may be purchased at any time, click here for pricing details.

This Software Maintenance and Support includes the following:

  • Covers support for up to 2 BalanceNG licenses and up to 12 maintenance and emergency cases.
  • High priority email support.
  • Reaction time 24 hours.
  • Remote access support and diagnosis (SSH login).
  • Emergency bugfixing and workaround software builds.
  • Software maintenance upgrades.
  • Possibility to order our engineers onsite for consulting, setup and troubleshooting services (rate 180.-- EUR/hour not including traffic expenses).
